♦ Step 2)  We will complete a full screening of your application. Just wait for our email informing you about your rental application results, 1-3 business days approx.

♦ Step 3) If your application is accepted, you will need to sign the lease agreement ASAP to secure a house/commercial unit. Our leases are signed electronically, so you don't have to make changes on your busy schedule.

♦ Step 4) Your new property manager will contact you with your Move-in details.
